promotion, it will be CLEARLY stated as such.
We offer both UPS & USPS shipping methods. If your order is below US$50, it's your choice
(since you're paying for it). Orders over US$50 that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will ship the most economical
method (since we're paying for it). If you need it faster than normal, Express Shipping is available.
We offer GREAT RATES for Express Services and DO NOT up charge!
Order totals under US$100 & under 3 pounds may ship via Priority Mail. Any order over US$100
or over 3 pounds will ship via UPS Ground or the optional Express Method you choose.

This gets a little complicated. Obviously we can't offer the same FREE SHIPPING policy
to these areas as we do for the Lower 48. So...
If your order is between US$50 and US$100 and can ship via USPS Priority Mail (meaning it's under
3 pounds which is our cut-off point as the UPS rates are better over 3 pounds), we will ship it to you via Priority
Mail for FREE!
If your order is over US$100, really the most economical shipping method is UPS 2nd Day Air,
as we get a great discount from them and it ends up being cheaper than Ground. The rates offered to you are
discounted even more since we offer free shipping within the Lower 48, we just charge you to go the rest of the
way.
